Accepting new clients: Daytime availability before 3 only. Feeling good is possible with the right treatment. Often times mental health challenges can leave you feeling like you are no longer in control. Stress and emotional pain can make it very difficult to live the life you want and can cause daily struggles. Taking the step into making change is hard to do, but brave. In our sessions, I will work with you to determine what solutions best fit your needs. I'm passionate about helping survivors of trauma, parents with perinatal mood issues, anxiety, and anyone looking for help managing daily stress.
