As a depth-oriented therapist we will uncover and explore unconscious thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so you can be more conscious of what's holding you back from being who you want to be. Unconscious dynamics are often influenced by our past experiences and relationships and can have visceral impacts in the present moment. Together, we will craft a plan that works best for you. My approach to therapy is characterized by a blend of directness, playfulness, engagement, and nurturance. I believe that purposeful curiosity and self-exploration leads to a sense of identity and purpose and an understanding of our place in the world.
