Two people can live through the same experience and walk away feeling entirely different. Therapy begins by understanding how you experience the world, not how you’re “supposed” to. I take an individualized, relational approach to therapy. Our sessions will focus on recognizing the patterns that lead to the unique way you feel, interpret, and carry life's experiences. Together we will gain insight, foster resilience, and build forward momentum in a supportive, respectful, collaborative environment.
