My goal is not to change you, but to offer you the space where change can take place. Together, we will walk through the hardships and complexities of life toward finding hope, insight, and ways of regaining control of your life. I am a level 1 Restoration Therapist with specialized training in adolescent and emerging adult treatment, military transitional life, stress management, depression, anxiety, and trauma-focused treatment. I also received training in CPT for PTSD and DBT.
