I believe when you feel accepted and supported, then you are more able to risk vulnerability, to look into yourself in order to grow, enjoy being you and have healthier connections. My passion is to help individuals discover, understand and heal who they are; to help them transform into what they want. I support couples and families to connect and communicate with one another in a more meaningful way, to learn to accept each other where they are.
