Life can be messy, unpredictable, and sometimes just plain hard. If you’re feeling anxious, stuck, or weighed down by old wounds, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I have over 20+ years of experience in the mental health field and have had the privilege of walking alongside adults on their journey of self-improvement, supporting them as they navigate life's challenges. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation — sometimes serious, sometimes full of humor, but always honest. This is a safe space for feelings, healing, and the occasional f-bomb. As a neurodivergent therapist, I understand the importance of unmasking in session.
