I work primarily with adults who are managing change and transitions, depression/anxiety, relationship concerns including divorce, women’s issues, parenting support, and grief/loss. I help my clients understand themselves and what triggers them; sometimes we can’t see beyond “not feeling well.” Feeling consistently down, being confused about making decisions, or needing coaching to get you where you would like to be is natural, especially considering the years of Covid-induced emotional and social strain.
