Welcome! Are you (or your child) struggling with work/school, relationships, or past trauma? From the get-go, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental, compassionate atmosphere and listen deeply, using relational/experiential and mindfulness-based modalities. I welcome adult, child, and adolescent clients of all races, cultures, LGBTQ, etc. I use somatic and relational modalities, and focus on trust, safety and care within the client-therapy relationship, as a foundation for lasting healing. Therapy sessions shouldn't be just talking about feelings but instead having a new experience, so you leave each session feeling different and better.
