I am proud to serve clients who speak both Spanish and English. My specialties include helping individuals with anxiety, behavioral problems, cultural issues, depression, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem/self-worth, transitions, and trauma. I have a diverse background of working directly with people. I have experience in community based and outpatient work. I have done play therapy and have used a variety of therapeutic approaches (Solution-focused therapy, Person-centered therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, and CBT). I have experience with working with people ages six and older.
