The person I'm most successful working with is someone interested in learning something about themselves and finding new ways to approach their problems...a willingness to try something different to be able to see something different manifest in their life. Feeling stuck is an awful feeling and I work hard with you to see change happen as quickly as possible. I specialize in treating chronic health conditions, mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, adult autism, and burnout among many other issues. I use a teamwork approach so we co-create the therapy work together.
