Therapy is a challenging journey. If you are here and reading this, started your journey to heal. If you chose working with me, I will be there every step of the way to listen, help you to share and to teach you tools that can help you alleviate your often debilitating symptoms. I will also be there to challenge you when needed. You will be provided a safe space where you can process and understand your past, to see the root cause of the issues, and to help you connect with yourself in order to resolve them. I understand that building trust can be a difficult, and delicate task. I'm utilizing strength-based therapy, where you will f I'm utilizing my academic knowledge and professional and personal experiences in specific cases, such as panic disorder, domestic/intimate partner violence, substance use disorder and immigration issues.
