I approach psychotherapy from a place of empathy and non-judgment, tailoring my treatment approach to each individual I work with. With compassion and honesty, I aim to help you work through challenges, identify your inner strengths, and move toward a happier and healthier version of yourself. My specialization as a therapist, researcher, and educator has focused on loss and complicated grief, as well as working with individuals who have experienced serious illness, cancer, and trauma.
