My name is Dr. Anjali Soni and I work primarily with adults and adolescents in individual therapy. I also offer couples therapy. At this time, I am seeing clients only via virtual sessions. My work with clients is driven by the client and in therapy, we will focus on increasing self awareness, changing problematic behaviors, managing stress, and healing relationships. Being fluent in Hindi and Punjabi, I also work with couples and families struggling with cultural identity and other cultural conflicts.
