When was the last time you truly felt connection with yourself and those around you? As we are faced with the stressors and over-stimulation of the world, it is critical to stop and look inward. Most of us just put our heads down and get through each day in an effort to just keep pushing forward. Stress and emotions can build up and become unresolved, feel overwhelming. We can lose sight of what's important to us and can get stuck in behaviors that don't work anymore. I believe that we are capable of more than just surviving.
