I accept clients age 60 and over, younger if they are caring for an elder. Aging can bring the release from the worries and stress of youth, bring joy and possibilities with more free time. It can also bring anxiety about the future, depression, loss and grief, a disturbing medical diagnosis. I have almost thirty years of experience helping adults and their caregivers navigate emotional changes, trauma, challenges associated with dementia, changes in relationships, health status, grief and loss. It is my honor to walk with you at this time, and to help you find peace.
