Hi! Are you struggling with life transitions, feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or sad? Are you entering a new stage in your life and finding it harder than expected to cope? I have been licensed as a Clinical Social Worker since 2007 and have worked in a variety of therapeutic settings with adults of all ages and a variety of backgrounds. I have supported individuals transitioning to new stages in their lives, including adulthood, retirement, newly diagnosed medical conditions, postpartum anxiety and/or depression, foster/adoptive families, and family caregivers. I am here to support you, holding space for you in a non-judgmental and compassionate way. We will work together to build upon your existing strengths, support you in learning new techniques and identify new tools to help you feel empowered to make positive changes in your life.
