I work with adolescents and adults, and I like to use various evidence-based therapy approaches to meet each person’s unique needs. I can help you identify unhelpful thought patterns, learn to regulate emotions, and strengthen your relationships. My style is nonjudgmental and compassionate, as I believe all people are created in the image of God and therefore have inherent worth.
