As a neurodivergent therapist, military spouse, and former GS civilian with the Army, I bring lived experience and deep familiarity with the toll of frequent moves, long absences, toxic environments, and the lasting effects of trauma, PTSD, and anxiety. I work with people navigating ADHD, burnout, or trauma—whether from military life, childhood adversity, or years of masking. Clients often say they feel safe with me because I understand their world. Through EMDR and other integrative approaches, we work to shift stuck beliefs, reduce overwhelm, and build a more grounded, authentic sense of self.
