I see my work with individuals and couples as collaborative and active. Often people feel stuck in their ways of relating and wonder how to create more satisfying connections with spouses, parents, children, friends, etc. I believe that people are drawn toward health and intuitively know when it is time to make changes in their lives. While it is often feelings of sadness or dissatisfaction that bring people to an initial therapy session, this is the first step toward health and feeling better. True change is possible and the process of therapy can make it happen.
