Do you want to break down those roadblocks that have prevented you from being the person you always wanted to be, but let someone or something get in the way of your dreams and goals? My focus of treatment modality is Cognitive Behavior and Mindfuless. Mindfuless is focusing on the present moment, awareness, and meditation. I also utilize EMDR and Gentle Reprocessing, which focus on guided imagery and bilateral stimulation to help clients shift their negative cognitions to positive thinking and become "unstuck".
