Each of us experience times in our lives in which our problems seem overwhelming. We may become stuck in the same patterns of dealing with challenges. By working collaboratively with clients through therapy or psychological assessment, my goal is to help each of my clients become "unstuck" and create positive change. Therapeutic relationships built on trust & respect are imperative to the success of any therapeutic intervention. I strive to create a warm & safe environment in which client's can feel more comfortable telling their stories & exploring the issues for which they are seeking support.
