When you’re used to working hard, fixing problems, and pushing through, it can feel strange when those same strengths stop working the way they used to. Maybe you’re going through a big change; a new job, an injury, a loss (life is full of losses other than deaths), or just realizing that you’re not really enjoying life the way you’d like to. You don’t have to face that alone. I work with people who are used to being the strong ones but are finding that it’s getting harder to keep everything bottled up. In our work together, you won’t get jargon or judgment; you’ll get someone who listens, keeps it real, and helps you find steady ground again. Sometimes that means getting outside. In addition to online and in office, I offer eco-therapy and walk-and-talk sessions to calm the mind and reconnect us to the magic in this world.
