My goal is to provide my clients with a supportive, judgment-free environment that allows them to improve their emotional and physical well-being by processing their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and increasing their connection with themselves and others. I incorporate a client-centered and strength-based treatment approach by utilizing Adlerian therapy, mindfulness, and health psychology. I work with my clients to aid them in working through anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and insomnia. I currently treat young adults, adults, and the elderly.
