For over 15 years, I’ve worked with adults facing challenges ranging from everyday stress to significant mental health concerns. In our sessions, I’ll meet you where you are with compassion and curiosity, using a person-centered approach that draws from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed methods like IFS. I am EMDR Certified and incorporate somatic re-experiencing to support healing from trauma. My goal is to help you develop effective coping strategies and create a greater sense of serenity, strength, and empowerment in your life.
