As a parent, it can be incredibly difficult to see your child or teen struggling with mental health challenges. Whether it’s anxiety, emotional regulation, depression, ADHD or difficulty with relationships, I understand how overwhelming it can feel. I believe that while change can be hard, it’s also an opportunity for growth—and I’m here to help your child turn these challenges into moments of learning and personal development. I am passionate about working with children and adolescents, providing them with a safe space to process their emotions, develop coping skills, and gain the confidence they need to succeed.
