Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in trauma recovery and relational healing. I take a trauma-informed, systemic approach that integrates Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (amongst other modalities). I work with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, including adolescents, adults, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ clients.
