I am truly honored to work with children and adults on anything from depression, to anxiety, to eating disorders and OCD and trauma. I use an integrated approach pulling from DBT, CBT, ACT therapies and an EMDR technique called Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which is used for healing trauma. Art therapy is another non-verbal healing modality, which I weave into therapy for those who are open to it.
