I am a Mexican-American, bilingual, male therapist with 1 year of experience treating survivors of trauma in both English and Spanish. I grew up in a household with various family members who struggled with mental health. This was challenging for me as a young LatinX person, but it also seated within me a deep curiosity for how human beings function. As an adult, I sought out therapy and was pleasantly surprised at how helpful it was in improving my own mental health.
