Closed for new clients. I’m Ary, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about supporting Latine women who feel stuck in cycles of burnout, anxiety, and self-doubt. I help women sort through the pressures of high expectations, navigate transitions like motherhood, divorce, loss of friendships, and family conflict. I also support people to heal from trauma—whether from childhood or more recent experiences. I bring both professional training and lived experience to my practice. As a survivor of PTSD and postpartum depression, I know how painful it can be to feel disconnected—and how powerful it is to be seen without judgment.
