I am currently accepting new adult clients. I am a mental health therapist with over 6 years of experience working with neurodiverse individuals with a focus on emotional regulation, ADHD, and Autism. I specialize in supporting folks in learning how to handle anxiety, focus, and social communication and communication. I help individuals strengthen executive functioning skills, work through anxiety and depression, develop closer relationships, and navigate a neurotypical world. Come as you are, my practice is inclusive of all experiences and identities. I am passionate about supporting folks exploring questions around gender, sexuality, desire, communication, social navigation, self-confidence, and locating identity. Areas of specialization include: queer/trans/questioning identities, body dysphoria/dysmorphia, medical trauma, chronic illness, women’s health, trauma, and PTSD.
