I enjoy connecting with my clients and working collaboratively with them to create positive change. I strongly believe that no one is "too far gone", "too damaged", or "beyond help". All individuals have an innate ability to self-right, heal, change, grow and thrive, which starts from the inside out. Sometimes this is difficult to foster, but that does not mean it cannot be done.
