First and foremost, my goal is to create an environment where clients can feel genuinely seen and understood, creating the safety clients need to risk the discomfort and vulnerability therapy requires to be effective. I always respect the need to tend to symptoms a client presents with, but my overall therapeutic philosophy is one in which lasting transformation can be achieved by healing the root of an issue. Utilizing evidence-based models and interventions, my ultimate goal is to facilitate the understanding, accepting, and integrating of one's own story in order for clients to experience a life of genuine peace and fulfillment.
