I have a special passion for working with young adults, adults, and mental health professionals. My approach is rooted in Person-Centered Planning & Evidence-Based Practices, focusing on areas such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, codependency, & boundary-setting. I believe trust, openness, and honesty are the foundation of growth. It can feel difficult to prioritize our own needs, sometimes we too carry the weight of stress, burn out, and personal challenges. Supporting clients in finding balance, regaining perspective, and nurturing their own mental health is work I deeply value.
