Healing begins to take place when we have a space to truly feel heard, understood, and seen. I seek to create this space where you feel safe to be you. Healing is a not a linear, one-size-fits-all experience, and I welcome multiple perspectives. I work with individuals and couples on a variety of topics including relationship difficulties, trauma, overwhelming thoughts & emotions, low self-esteem, and life transitions. I enjoy being emotionally present and journeying with people to discover their unique way to healing their lives and living a more joyful life. From a trauma-informed and holistic perspective, I help people to learn to feel safe in their bodies and create authentically meaningful lives. I take an empathetic, person-centered approach that includes reducing stress and anxiety through mindfulness in order to be emotionally present with themselves and others.
