Hi! I’m Tammi and I am so glad you’re here. I know the process of starting therapy can be overwhelming and I want you to know it is totally worth it - and so are you! I am passionate about coming alongside my clients to identify things that are not serving them and assisting them in creating meaningful changes toward building a life worth living. I use a variety of strategies and therapeutic approaches that best meet each client’s unique needs, teaching you effective strategies in a conversational and comfortable atmosphere with a healthy dose of humor tossed in.
