I work with those seeking healing and change in the way they feel in their life, their bodies, in work and relationships; those who are seeking more freedom and ease in life. As a trauma and eating disorder specialist, I aim to create a safe space for you in this process. I offer EMDR and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy to help you move beyond old patterns, beliefs and the past experiences that may still be effecting you today. Together we'll do the work to help you move toward life as you want to live it and I'll help you build skills to cope mentally, physically and emotionally along the way.
