I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and openly welcome individuals (adolescents through adults), couples, and families using an empathetic approach that incorporates real-world tools and coping skills. I treat a variety of issues including couple conflict, anxiety, overwhelm, depression, trauma, ADHD. Additional training includes Prepare-Enrich premarital counseling and EMDR levels 1 and 2. I enjoy helping clients identify and examine parts of themselves contributing to patterns and unhelpful coping strategies. What comes is clarity and confidence to get to know your authentic self and strengthen relationships. I offer in-person sessions in Overland Park, as well as virtual sessions for clients located in the state of Kansas.
