Schedule online through my website! Ashton holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a Masters in Social Work. She has 6 years of experience walking alongside individuals, couples, and families on their journeys towards growth and healing. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in the belief that everyone is the expert of their own life. Her role is to meet each person where they are; providing support and guidance expertly tailored to meet their needs along the way. Each time someone steps into the therapeutic space shared together with Ashton, they will be greeted with curiosity, warmth, and openness. She has experience utilizing Person-Centered therapy, Play therapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavior therapy, Internal Family Systems, and is currently working toward certification in PCIT (Parent-Child Interaction Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
