At the heart of my work is a deep exploration of the relationship between the conscious and unconscious mind. This includes the hidden beliefs, emotional patterns, and early life experiences that may shape how we show up in the world today. My work focuses on gently uncovering and bringing awareness to these inner dynamics. Clients who work with me usually seek more than symptom relief and seek lasting transformation. They long to feel grounded and free from old patterns with a desire to live with authenticity, confidence, and clarity. I support clients navigating anxiety, grief, codependency, depression, relationship challenges, and the unique struggles of growing up as children of alcoholics or those who have experienced abandonment. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where healing can unfold, helping you address past wounds while focusing on expanding your consciousness.
