We all go through the journey called ‘life’. We often don’t realize how our past experiences play out in our daily lives. We then have various reactions which can hinder our levels of function- emotional, physical and spiritual. Through therapy, I work with my clients to guide them in exploring, understanding, and accepting their experiences. Together, we develop tools to help manage their different symptoms and improve well-being.
