I am a passionate empath who is looking to help individuals, couples, and families grow and better themselves through goal oriented objectives and personalized interventions. I hope to help clients navigate through their journey and to utilize the therapeutic relationship to process their thoughts and integrate positive change. I like to use an integrated, client centered approach. I also like to incorporate mindfulness techniques and Adlerian concepts that look at an individual’s needs.
