I love my work as a psychotherapist. I feel humbled and honored to have had the opportunity to help many individuals and couples make the life changes they have desired in my career of 34 years. My clients have sought help from me for issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship problems, past trauma which is still affecting them, divorce, illness, death, etc. I use a variety of therapy techniques to help my clients achieve their goals and learn tools that they can continue to use after therapy is completed.
