Barbara Salinger-Brown is a licensed psychotherapist with a private practice in Menlo Park. With over 17 years of experience working with adults and teens who are seeking help for struggles with anxiety, depression, enhancing performance, eating disorders, and relief from trauma. I work with performing artists, athletes, and coaches, giving them tools to help increase their confidence and learn how to achieve peak performance. As a competitive swimmer for most of my life, I discovered a passion for helping athletes develop a more balanced and healthy way of viewing and participating in their sport.
