Whether you are struggling yourself, have a family member or grew up with alcohol or drug use or gambling, I have 25 years focused on substance use, supporting women, improving relationships, boundary work, codependency and more. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, alcohol use or misuse, addiction, gambling, trauma grief & loss, and relationship issues.
