I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a lifelong passion of working with children, adolescents, and adults improve their levels of social and emotional well-being. I have over 25 years of extensive experience working in private practice and in the public sector as a school psychologist and school administrator. The scope of my practice includes individual therapy, cognitive and academic assessments, as well as behavioral assessments and 1:1 mental skills training for athletes seeking high performance. As a PSYPACT-approved provider, I offer telepsychology services in over 40 participating states including Florida. I utilize integrative therapy, which is a progressive form of psychotherapy that combines different therapeutic tools and approaches to fit the needs of the individual client. An integrative approach can be used to treat individuals struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, and other emotional struggles that interfere with their potential.
