I believe therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and grow; I feel honored to be part of that process. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating a wide range of emotional and life challenges. This includes anxiety, OCD, emotion regulation difficulties, personality patterns, identity exploration, self-esteem and body image concerns, or life transitions. I specialize in working with teens and young adults navigating life changes, especially transitioning to college and into the next steps of life. I see clients in person in Lake Zurich and online throughout Illinois and Alabama.
