Therapy is a process that can be challenging and at times hard, yet an exciting journey to be embraced. I believe in mindfulness, sincerity, honesty, and that people are inherently strong and have many of their own internal answers. Therapy is a partnership that encompasses a growth process that provides knowledge and tools to life's amazing roadmap. I work with clients to develop a collaborative approach to address concerns to meeting personal goals and the potential they believe in. I am passionate about my work and have deep respect for the clients I work with and the risks they take. Specialty areas include: couples issues, identity issues, family issues. I provide individual, couples, family and group therapy, work with at risk/acting out youth, anger management, crisis intervention. My experience includes working with couples/families considering divorce or after a divorce, marital issues, group settings, and work with children, adolescents, parents.
