Life is incredibly complex. Challenging. Beautiful. Painful. We experience so much, and, for most of us, we have very little space to get to care for ourselves. My ideal clients are individual adults and couples who are frustrated, confused, and tired by destructive cycles they seem to be stuck in, individually and relationally.
