I believe that humans have a natural predisposition towards growth and healing, however things often show up in our lives as barriers that get in the way of that innate ability. It is my job to facilitate a safe and collaborative environment to help identify and work through those barriers, uniquely adapted to each individual. This is accomplished through the use of modalities such as attachment theory, narrative/parts work and interpersonal neurobiology, all with a trauma informed lens. I am certified as a Circle of Security (parenting skills) facilitator and a therapeutic gaming (RPG) facilitator through Game To Grow.
