Hi there! My name is Beth and I am a LMHC-D and M-CASAC with over 14 years' experience. Thinking about starting therapy, but not sure what to expect? There are a lot of misconceptions out there about what therapy is or isn't, but at the end of the day, therapy is something that can help you on your journey to getting to know yourself. My expertise lies in working with individuals managing trauma, addiction issues, mental health issues, conflict resolution, communication issues and couples facing relationship struggles. Let me help you on your journey. I don’t use a one-size-fits-all approach; people are unique and deserve personalized care. I have learned to be flexible and creative in my interventions while maintaining a framework that is informed by empirical evidence.
